Embodiments of the method according to the invention are set out in the subclaims. Another object of the invention is to provide a device which makes it possible to carry out the method according to the invention. This object is achieved with the device according to the invention by the features stated in the independent claim 2. Further developments and preferred embodiments of the device appear from the following subclaims. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be described in more detail in connection with an exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 schematically shows a bottle disc line for drinking bottles for experimental animals according to the invention, and in which Figs. 2-5 schematically show a tool formed in according to the present invention form part of a device for nipple removal and nipple application in different working positions. Detailed Description of the Invention Fig. 1 schematically shows an automatic bottle washing line for carrying out the method according to the present invention. This bottle washing line is primarily intended for washing drinking bottles for experimental animals. The bottles can be of varying sizes. Bottles are transported in bottle baskets in the facility. A suitable basket content is 18 bottles (3 X 6). This number may vary, but all baskets in a plant must contain the same number of bottles, regardless of variations in bottle size. According to the invention, the baskets on the underside are designed so that nipples removed from the bottles can be stored and washed there during the washing process. The bottle baskets are transported on a transport path 1 through the plant. When a basket is placed on the transport path, it first encounters a nipple removal device 2 comprising tools in a number corresponding to the number of bottles in a basket. This tool will be described in more detail in connection with the following figures 2 - 5. In the nipple removal device 2, the nipples are removed from the bottles and lifted up from the basket, whereupon the basket is turned upside down and the bottles are emptied of any remaining contents. The nipples are then placed on the upside-down underside of the basket in the appropriate holders or compartments. Thereafter, the basket goes further into a dishwasher 3, which will not be described in more detail in this context, as it does not form any part of the invention. The bottles are washed and dried and then discharged to a nipple applicator 4. The nipple attachment device 4 has the same tools as the nipple removal device. The tools lift up the nipples which are now washed and dried. Then the basket is turned back to its original position, the bottles are filled with water, after which the nipples held by the tools are put back on the bottles. The baskets are then transported with filled bottles and fitted nipples out of the plant on a transport path 5. The tools included in the nipple removal and nipple attachment devices 2, 3 operate with compressed air as will be described in more detail below. The tool is shown in different positions in Fig. 2 - Fig. 5. Tool 6 in the required number are arranged in a vertically movable holder, not shown in more detail. The tool has a hollow spindle 7 with a connection 8 for compressed air at an upper end and a nozzle 9 at the opposite, free end. The spindle 7 is located in an associated operating cylinder 10, which controls the spindle in axial directions between an upper and a lower end position in a controlled manner. Furthermore, stops 11, 12 are provided which extend parallel to the spindle and have stop surfaces 13, 14 at the level of the lower end of the nozzle when the spindle is in the lower end position. The nozzle is designed so that when a spout 15 on a nipple 16 is inserted into the nozzle, the nipple with spout hangs and lifts up together with the tool when the tool holder is lifted up. This can be achieved e.g. through an O-ring arranged inside the nozzle 9 which has both a sealing and a holding function. As mentioned above, the spindle 7 is connected to an air pressure source. When the nipples are to be removed from the drinking bottles 17, the nozzle is moved over the spout, the nipple is released by a blow of compressed air through the spindle into the drinking bottle, whereupon the tool holder is lifted up with nipples hanging in the nozzles. This mode is shown in Fig. 3. When the nipples have been removed from the bottles, compare Fig. 3, the bottle basket is turned upside down and the tools are lowered towards the underside of the basket. Then the spindle is moved by means of the cylinder in the direction of the bottle basket, whereby the spout of the nipple is pulled out of the nozzle by the stop surfaces of the stops holding against the nipple, as shown in Fig. 4. The illustrated stops are only an exemplary embodiment. They can be integrated in a plate that is common to all tools. In the nipple attachment device, the nipples are picked up with the tools in the corresponding manner as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, with the difference that the nipples are then picked up from the underside of the bottle basket where they have been washed and dried. After the bottle basket is turned back to the upright position and the drinking bottles are filled with drinking water, the tool holder with the tools is lowered, the nipples 16 are pressed onto the bottles 17 by means of the stops, as indicated in Fig. 5, whereupon the nozzles 9 are removed from the nipples shown in and described in connection with Fig. 4, with the difference that now the nipples are again on the drinking bottles. The bottle baskets can be designed in any way with the proviso that the bottles must be kept when the baskets are turned upside down, and there must be space on the underside of the baskets for the nipples. The technical solutions at the bottle washing line as well as devices for turning and transporting the baskets in the bottle washing line are within the scope of what a person skilled in the art can achieve, and further details regarding this have therefore been omitted. The exact design of the individual tools and stops can be varied without deviating from the inventive idea for this purpose, and the described embodiment is only intended to illustrate the invention.

Claims (7) [1] 1. l. Method for handling nipple drinking bottles for experimental animals in an automatic bottle washing line in which bottles with nipples arranged in a dedicated basket are placed on a conveyor for transporting said basket through a bottle washing line, characterized in that the nipples on all bottles in a basket is removed from the bottles in one step by sealingly applying a nozzle to each nipple, whereupon the nipples are released from each bottle by a compressed air shock through said nozzle and then lifted up from the bottles, the basket is turned upside down with bottles remaining in the basket, the nipples are laid in the underside of the basket, the basket is placed in a dishwasher where bottles and nipples are washed and dried, the nipples are lifted up from the basket, the basket is turned back to the initial position with the mouths of the bottles facing upwards, the bottles are filled with water, whereupon the nipples are attached to the bottles. [2] Device for handling drinking bottles (17) for experimental animals provided with nipples (16) in an automatic bottle washing line with the method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a nipple removal device (2) and a nipple attachment device (4), wherein the nipple removal device (2) tools (6) in a number and an arrangement corresponding to a number of drinking bottles 10 (17) arranged in a basket, intended to be brought into engagement with the nipples (16), have a device for turning the basket, which on its underside is designed to accommodate the nipples during washing and drying, up and down, and means for inserting the basket into a dishwasher, and wherein the nipple attachment device (4) has tools (6) corresponding to the tools (6) in the nipple removal device (2) for gripping and lifting of the nipples (16) from the underside of the basket, as well as attaching the nipples to the drinking bottles (17), and also a device for turning the basket, and it also has a device for filling liquid in the bottles before fitting the nipples. [3] Device according to claim 2, characterized in that said tool (6) comprises a nozzle (9) which is designed so that it can be brought into sealing engagement with a spout (15) on a nipple (16). [4] Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the nozzle (9) is connected to a source of compressed air. [5] Device according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the tool (6) comprises a hollow spindle (7) movable axially between an upper and a lower end position by means of an operating cylinder (10) on one end of which a connection ( 8) for a source of compressed air, and on the other end of which the nozzle (9) is arranged. [6] Device according to one of Claims 3 to 6, characterized in that a seal, such as an O-ring, is arranged in the nozzle (9), which encloses a spout (15) inserted in the nozzle (9) and is thereby arranged to clamp sufficiently around the spout to hold the spout (15) with the attached nipple (16) when the nipple is released from a drinking bottle (17). [7] Device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the tool (6) comprises stops (11, 12) with stop surfaces (13, 14) located substantially at a height with a lower end edge of the nozzle (9), when said spindle (7) is in its lower end position, whereby the nozzle (9) can be released from a nipple (16) by axial movement of the spindle (7) from its lower end position towards its upper end position.
